1. Patient Initial physics check as required  by American Association in Medicine Task Group report number 40 and ACR
2. Patient weekly physics check, documentation and billing of CPT code 77336
3. Provide special physics consultation when needed, documentation and billing of CPT code 77370
4. Provide  phone consultation on treatment planning issues
5. Review and sign daily linac, simulator and CT QA
6. Generate cutout output factors for small field electrons and bill CPT code 77331

Monthly Physics Services

1. QA on the linac, includes output check according to TG51
2. QA on the simulator
3. QA on the CT

Annual Physics Services

Other Miscellaneous Services

1. Provide radiation safety advice when required and could represent the department at hospital radiation safety committee meetings as the RSO.
